Have you ever heard the term we are what we eat?  Well, if you’re consuming lots of carbohydrates, think about what effects that has on your mental wellness. It can make you sluggish, tired, heavy, sleepy – the list goes on and on.

Where there is mental illness, there are digestive problems.  Choose healthy foods over foods loaded with sugar and carbohydrates.  If you are eating healthy, you’re on the path to creating a happier YOU!
